When you know that your product(s) or service(s) is the lowest in price on the Web, after a rigorous research (in the case of the Lowest Price Guaranteed Seal program), or you know it might be, and we find out it really is (we do the research for you - Lowest Price Guaranteed Trusted Seal program).
When should you NOT use the Lowest Price Guaranteed Seal?
When you know that your product(s)/service(s) is not the lowest in price, but you want to use this method in order to increase your sales.

Penalties
In the case of penalties, our suggestion is that everyone who uses this seal should return back the money to the person that bought the certain product or service, in term of 7 days from purchasing.
In case of very expensive products, retailers should pay at least the difference between the product found, which does not comply with our lowest price program, and the same one found on other site at a lower price.
Otherwise, you will not be allowed to use our services anymore, till the moment you will remedy the problem (you will be added to our blacklist, which contains the ones who did not refunded the prejudiced persons). Even after you remedy, you will be watched in future more carefully, because of your antecedents. If, in a month time, you take no action, we will remove the script from our database, but still remain in our blacklist.
